As a Birth Doula, I am here to Support You and Your Partner with Continuous Physical, Emotional and Educational Support, Before, During and just After Childbirth.Whether this is your First Child or your Fourth, each Pregnancy and Labor can Bring Upon New Experiences and Emotions. Having a Birth Doula Present during this time can Offer Your Family unit Emotional Support, Education and Tools to Have an Enjoyable Delivery.

Postpartum Doula
(10 hour minimum contracted)
The first few weeks home from the hospital can be exciting, joyous, exhausting, fearful and a whirlwind. Can you imagine how having someone who can answer your questions about lactation and newborn care, hold your baby so you can take a shower and a nap, entertain older siblings so you can feed your baby in peace, change over laundry, swiffer floors and fix lunch, could make this fourth trimester time less overwhelming? This is what I do as a postpartum doula. I'm there to provide an extra layer of support as you navigate through this new phase of parenthood.
I provide postpartum care, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm with a minimum of 3 hours consecutively per day. Most Families Enjoy this Service for 3-5 weeks postpartum.
